About

Snehal Gupte
Founder & Cheif Speaker
(Core Faculty Member and Faculty Supervisor at Indian Shool, Ibra, Muscat, Oman)

"My goal as an educator and an educational leader is to impart a passion for education within the classroom. I expect to provide an environment that is encouraging and positive for my students and staff. I hope to provide the skills and tools necessary for success and foster the talents of each individual. In doing this, I will give them the confidence to embrace their dreams and make them a reality. Once the students have moved on, they will remember me as a teacher who was genuinely concerned for them and their wellbeing. Once I have moved on, my peers will remember me as a professional who was eager to help develop the school community and was always eager to mentor the children."

Since our inception, SRG Teachers Programme has been totally focused on creating inspiring and informed teachers as the most important school-related factor influencing student achievement. We pay close attention to how we train and support both new and experienced educators.

We provide professional development keeping teachers up-to-date on new research on how children learn, emerging technology tools for the classroom, new curriculum resources, and more. We believe the best professional development is ongoing, experiential, collaborative, and connected to and derived from working with students and understanding their culture.

We help teachers implement good programs and provide the learners effective teaching learning situations. Teaching strategies acquired from our seminar – workshops is increasingly seen as a systemic process that includes the development of all individuals involved with student achievement from the superintendent to the teaching assistants. The teachers who participated in our well-designed professional development activities have successfully delivered better results from their students.
